For anyone struggling to afford or find 100% cotton underwear, fruit of the loom sells very affordable multipacks of 12 (each panty costs a few dollars) on most major retail websites. They offer different cuts and colors. I swear by them. They’re reliably 100% cotton and handle being beaten up in the washing machine on any setting.

Topical vaginal estrogen has changed my life! Years of burning pain and cyclical irritation. Only 31 so my OBGYN didn’t want to prescribe it, but I have way less symptoms with it! (That plus pelvic floor therapy)

I recently saw an ad for a product that's essentially a 2026 version of a douche to stop "smells" after sex, I thought I was going insane 😭 Capitalism and misogyny love creating problems. Just wash your vulva!!! no need to put anything up there!!

It took 12 years for me to find a doctor that knew immediately what was wrong. Then a while to get in with the specialist, first prescription didn’t work but the new prescription did and after 13 years of lichen sclerosus itch, it’s gone. 😫😊. All I do now is tell the teenage girls in my life what things aren’t actually normal and to advocate for themselves at the doctor

Cyclical luteal stage vaginitis, swabs negative - I’m thinking it’s the drop in estrogen during that stage of my cycle! Vulvar health is so interesting.

Wonderful, thanks for this important education! My dr did not want to examine me & kept tx my symptoms as yeast infection. Finally, I asked if they could do a swab & if I could just do it myself in the bathrm...turns out I had bacterial vaginosis.✌💕
