this exact thing happened to me and i ended up tearing all the ligaments in my ankle, was in crutches for 3 months, and had to do PT for almost a year after that

I had an injury like this but it was bc when I was blocking the person next to me came down and accidentally tripped me so I rolled my ankle and then some how rolled under the net twisting it more and my ankle hasn’t been the same since

No i’ve played volleyball for a few years now and making sure my team is third play is way more important than getting one point. I’m sorry that they did that to you. I’m sure that wasn’t their intention, but that’s so really sad.
