I emailed them and just told them I wasn’t happy with the product they sent. They wanted the numbers off the tag and pictures of what I thought was wrong. Waiting to hear back from them now that I’ve sent the pictures.

i got mine on the sale and just let them know (via tiktok dm) that the quality wasn’t great. they messaged me back for my order # and a picture of the tag and sent another blanket! the new blanket compared to the first is a little softer, but still isn’t thick unfortunately.
