@carmel_levytan: I found this in my camera roll from MAY and I have no idea why I never posted it. (I’m being transparent here so you can see what types of goals I’m setting) December me would’ve been shocked at where we are now. Back in November, we were actually close to shutting down the agency because of how hard things were getting. Then in May, I was cleaning out my desk and found this piece of paper with the goals I wrote in December going into the new year. And somehow, I had already hit all of them. I really believe that if you set your mind to something, believe it’s possible, and take enough action, you can get way further than you think. Back in November, $25k-$30k months felt insane to me. Now I aim way higher. The goalpost keeps moving, and I think that’s the point!!! Set goals. Review them. Believe in yourself enough to keep going.
