Just weld it. Just weld the new one on. Just job weld it back on. Just silicone that new one back on. Just put some gorilla glue on the new pulley and send it. You would still be a better mechanic/engineer than the mf that still continue to manufacture the 6.2 chevrolegs

My Grand caravan did the same thing after I replaced the harmonic balancer forgot to add loctite after I torqued it and it backed off
