I know that this is true about cats generally, but I don't know why. I've never had a cat who didn't drink properly. My cats have always begged for water just as much as food, even when their bowl still has a little in it. But as cats do, if it's not at least half full, it's empty XDD

I’ve been lucky with my boys, they all love “tub time” lol, basically I turn the cold on just for a stream and they all literally run to the tub and drink 😂

put a bit of apple cider vinegar in the water .. a capful if in the fountain but if he goes through the crystal bouts again give him a tiny bit in a cup of water with a syringe.
