So the dry brushing is to stimulate and lift dead skin cells, which then you need to rinse off, and your skin needs to be totally dry to do it, so it’s not as effective if you’re doing it after, and then it’s kinda gross bc you’re not rinsing off all the dead skin you exfoliated
