Not the same thing at all. You’re putting a needle in my vein and taking something out of my body. You’re not putting ink on my skin. Very big difference, two very different types of pain.

I don’t even mind blood draws but anytime people make this comparison I think it’s so damn stupid lol. A tattoo has never blown my vein so badly the needle shot across the room and I had blood spurting everywhere

Tattoos are only on the first 3 top layers of skin, blood draw needle goes through all tissues into a vein. It’s a different pain
