Bauernbrot mit Saaten 🍞🤎 Zutaten: 300 g Weizenmehl Type 405 150 g Roggenmehl 60–70 g Saaten, z. B. Sonnenblumenkerne & Leinsamen 7 g Trockenhefe 9 g Salz 1 TL Honig oder Zucker 295–300 ml lauwarmes Wasser Zubereitung: Alle trockenen Zutaten miteinander vermischen. Wasser und Honig dazugeben und den Teig ca. 7–8 Minuten kneten. Anschließend abgedeckt etwa 1 Stunde gehen lassen. Den Teig vorsichtig rund formen und weitere 25–30 Minuten ruhen lassen. Währenddessen den Gusseisentopf bei 240 °C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. Das Brot einschneiden und bei 230 °C ca. 25 Minuten mit Deckel backen.
