@whiskerhaven_sanctuary: We found Jax when he was just a puppy.. someone abandoned him in the street, so he ran into someone’s front door and laid there for three days cold, heartbroken, and confused. Ingredients: - 2 fillets of salmon (about 4 oz each) - 1 cup quinoa (rinsed) - 4 cups vegetable broth (gluten-free) - 2 cups spinach, chopped - 1 bell pepper, diced - 1 small onion, diced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon ground cumin - 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil) - Juice of 1 lemon - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh berries (strawberries or blueberries) for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent. 2. Add turmeric and cumin; cook for 1 minute to toast spices. 3.
