We did Anastasia this past year, and one of two of our seniors went for Anastasia, and obviously one got jt, but the other one went in Snap and TikTok to post her singing the songs with captions like “How They Should Be Sung”, etc. When we were doing our dress rehearsals she posted about how she should be putting her makeup on, and getting her hair done. She also took a trip to Florida during our shows.

I would agree except I did feel I got roles stolen cause every role I wanted was given to the director’s daughter and the director was “worried I would struggle with blocking and dancing” due to my disability 😁

I did a show in 8th grade ( way back) and I got a Karen ( I am a man) and another girl got a guy role that we genderbent. But this girl was talking crap about me TO MY BEST FRIEND not expecting them to tell me.

Happened to me in high school. Except it had nothing to do with talent. My school wrote our own plays, I was casted as the main character’s best friend. Someone else in theater tried to convince me to trade roles with her because she was best friends with the girl who played the main character and I wasn’t. “Trade roles.” Can you guess what role she landed? Ensemble
