one of our first roosters attacked my wife. I got the 22mag and shot it. 3 times. I made the mistake of aiming for its chest as it started at me, and the little dinosaur's super strong breastbone and the angle deflected every shot down into the ground. only realized it after. he lived another 5 years, and was the most well mannered rooster we have ever had after that. . I always figured he must have gotten the point.

In elementary school we went to a farm on a field trip and one of the roosters attacked me I later saw him being carried by his feet into a barn at the back of the property 😂

Ours didn't even get a strike two. My cousin was around four or five at the time and was over at our house. The rooster we had attacked her unprovoked. We took that bastard in with the other meat birds we had and told her the chicken we cooked up for her was the rooster that attacked her. She had the biggest smile on her face when she heard that. 🤣

One of my grandparents roosters was mean ash for no reason and one day when I was about seven he attacked me while I was walking through the yard, he had me on the ground pecking and clawing the shit out of me and my grandpa came tearing out of the house and snatched him right off me and we had chicken noodle soup for dinner that night lol

It was my job to take care of the chickens when I was little and our rooster would always attack me. One day it cornered me in the coop and I didn’t want to kick it cause I felt bad but it tore up my legs with its beak and I was bleeding all down past my knee. My dad threw a bbq party the next day😭

when I was little we had a rooster named Hulk bc he was huge and MEAN! he spurred my leg from the back of my knee all down my calf to ankles, my dad sh0t him and momma plucked him (she wasn't happy being stuck on plucking duty, but standing with her while doing so taught me how to pluck and skin a rooster) that was some good BBQ chicken that night!

One time i went to my great aunts, my whole immediate family was there, his rooster went after my then 4 year old, my grandpa got there before i did somehow and he drop kicked it. Never came by her again

Had a rooster that would attack us all the time, well one day after school he decided to stalk around my car to get my sister or I and I was already mad. So I stuck my head out the window yelling for him waited till he got close and kicked the door open knocked him out cold called my bother told him to deal with it and we ate him the next night 😂

I house sat for a farm that just introduced 2 roosters and I’d never had any experience with them. Bastard cornered me in the barn, got me pretty good and I literally took what was next to me and smacked him away. It was a giant piece of wood, felt terrible but the little shit lived.
