@mikaela.miz: I used a slightly different curling technique in this tiktok than my last tutorial. I still roll the curling iron towards my face and guide the hair with my left hand so it doesn’t fall out of the barrel, but this time i curled the bottom half of the strand first for a couple of seconds, then let the hair go and curled the top portion for a few seconds, and then wrapped the rest of the hair. This way I think the top portion got curled a little better, and I found it was easier to keep its shape when I released the hair from the curling iron to pin them in. This is using the 1.5 inch hot tool curling iron. If you need a slower tutorial, I have another one on my page that goes through how to use the clamp slowly.
