I never understand why cops are willing to give somebody their vape like you're going to help them out just because they're an addict? if I want to hit my marijuana pipe even if it was legal you wouldn't let me but because I'm an addict and I'm addicted to nicotine I get a break I never understand it it's the same thing at work and my work we get a break at 9:00 and 3:00 unless you smoke cigarettes and you can go out every hour
