I am finally back teaching classes and did a 9 mile run last week (had my op on the 12th of Jan 2026). I am a fitness instructor and have had to work hard at getting back to fitness. Recovery is possible but you have to overcome the pain from the stiffness. I have learnt that there are two types of pain, one is when the joint is inflamed, red and swollen and then there is stiffness pain! Keep moving and keep going [Power]
