Growing up there was a point in my life I started to get irritated hearing about god, it was always god loves you, god is always good, I heard it all the time it that it started to feel like empty words. But then I had an encounter with god that made me know of his love and mercy, I thank my parents for telling me who Jesus Christ is, but it’s not until we take the time to know him at a personal level, that we finally understand what we are to blind to see without him.

Through the darkest moments of my life, I have always leaned on God through my catholic faith. I have been close to ending my life & have only stopped because I remembered God’s love for me. God is my whole life because I wouldn’t be still alive without His love & grace. 🤍

This goes well with today’s reading. The women that were following Jesus and supported him and his disciples with all their resources. We all have gifts and can support Jesus mission by giving time, prayer, raising our families, time at adoration, financial support. All do with love and lifted to the Lord.
