The issue isn’t my performance on interviews, it’s being able to get the interviews in the first place. When I do get the interviews I think I tend to do pretty well and have almost always made it to the final round, but I guess I just get beat out by another person. The interviews are just so scarce that it makes it simply a luck game. If I just had *more* interviews it would be way more likely I eventually land something

Dont disagree, but its definitely worth it to mass apply, theres still a chance, and at the end of the day, why not? If you’re not doing anything and could cook up an application why wouldnt you. Got 2 EE internships by doing this as a sophomore
