While youre in the process of suing (which I hope you are), sue the car company because your airbags should have 100% went off and since they didn’t that vehicle was always unsafe to drive.

Most airbags are set to deploy mainly when there’s front end damage. Rear end damage doesn’t always set them off. (Per my brother who was a mechanic before an accident) NOT that’s it ok and they should have absolutely went off!!!! Glad you made it out. Praying for quick healing!

Omg!! So glad you’re okay! Definitely sue for those air bags not deploying. I had a Chevy equinox and got tboned and mine didn’t go off either despite the entire driver window shattering in my face
