They started doing the thing of asking me to take photos for a client (it’s something we provide, not what the client demands). When I said no after doing it once my boss was genuinely shocked. I don’t get paid enough

At my last job they simply told HR and Legal to do the necessary research for every state they have employees, draw up a Job Reclassification document and then told us we had to sign it by a specific date or we were no longer employed.
