My line up, 35mm 1.8, 50mm 1.4, 60mm 2.8, 85mm 1.4, I only have a couple of zoom, 14-24mm 2.8 and 70-200mm 2.8.

I personally only use primes for weddings. I dual-strap two cameras at a time, and depending on the time of day or what I’m shooting, I’ll run different combinations 24mm + 50mm, 35mm + 85mm, 10mm + 50mm, and a few other setups. I absolutely love shooting primes for weddings. For me, they just suit the way I shoot. When I’m on vacation, though, it depends on the trip — sometimes I’ll throw a zoom on and just enjoy the convenience.

Prime lenses tend to have better bokeh & aperture too in my observations. Particularly with vintage.

I use a zoom lens (sigma 17-40 f1.8) but only switch between prime lenghts, still coherent as having 4 primes
