I have always said that the country of the Russian Federation is to big. I say this, because to install an infrastructure, that properly connects all its citizens, and to defend it correctly, is beyond the Kremlins know-how and resources. Eventually, it will have to shrink back in size to the old state of Muscovy. Mark my words!
