it's actually upheld by the supreme Court that it is illegal for police to stop you are interfere with your first amendment right and you have clearly stated that you are practicing your first amendment right in which that is a violation. moreover treason but I'm sure if you get the right lawyer you can eat these cops alive in the courtroom
