Because carter windows *technically* has every feature there is, you would be hard pressed to think of a feature that you can't have by way of tweaking the system, And if you did have an idea for a feature that isn't on windows then you can (depending on how good of a feature we're talking) develop it yourself and make banks from it, All of what Microsoft is doing is improving and maintaining the already successful system
