I just saw an article on Forbes where they estimate that there are now more bots on the Internet than there are actual human users. I’m persuaded that bots are the source of most of the rage bait.

I’ve found a lot of peace in hitting the focus setting that turns my phone into a Nokia. Locks all social media apps and texts. People can either call me or they get silenced until I’m ready to deal with the noise again
