@micks.mechanical: Japanese Oil change on my 1997 Toyota Starlet. I basically carried out 2 oil changes using fresh oil and filters with the engine warmed up. I spiced it up with engine flush as well. Apparently that’s how they do it in Japan. But I’m not sure if it’s facts or not. @Tyler Wesley made a video on the Japanese oil change and that was the first time I’d heard of it, Big thanks mate. I think the results speak for themselves. When draining oil, squirt some compressed air in the filler, it will push out all the oil hiding in there. Learnt while crewing on SS2000 series

Do you recommend engine flush? I started using the Penrite engine flush in my old diesel hilux.. should I keep using it?

probably good to do on a newly bought 2nd hand car, but after that jus 5,000km oil change would be fine if doing it yourself.
