Ayer me pasó lo de siempre, se me alargó un tema y ya me iba a dar el ataque de ansiedad típico de opositora. Al final aprendí a la fuerza que agobiarse no sirve de nada, solo te quita horas de estudio efectivas y acabas peor. Lo mejor es parar un segundo, respirar y asumir que el planning perfecto no existe. Siempre hay imprevistos, días malos o temas que se atragantan más de la cuenta. Lo importante es saber reaccionar a tiempo y mover fichas en tu calendario sin remordimientos. Desde que uso la app Opozulo para organizar mis semanas, recolocar los temas retrasados es bastante más rápido y visual, y eso me da mucha paz mental. Al final se trata de avanzar a tu ritmo y no quemarte en el intento, que esto es una carrera de fondo.
