My mom died sept 2nd, the freaking evening before I was at her house to pick up my son like I did everyday and got the call the next morning she was gone. Her life ended in the middle of a sentence and it showed me that any ones live can end like that and within 2 weeks I was already getting messages that I needed to get the ball rolling and just move on. I truly see it now. We all die, no one has the capacity to care for too long and life genuinely goes on. Do what you want

My dad was the parent I was most alike, like finish each others sentences. We knew where each other’s brains were going. His death did something to me. Not having that kind of connection anymore. He also was the parent that truly saw me. I have no one that sees me anymore.
