change all electric power companies especially hydro electric power companies as the dams all are built with public money and people lands changed these companies to management companies instead of profit making organisations/ companies and also remove all the intermediary tiers of selling purchasing and reselling so the intermidiate profit accelerating spiral come to an end and rational cost of power units within its limit can be made for the basis of tarrifs. The employees of these management companies should be given good salary packages and with fringe benefits. All the employees should be considered as business associates of the company and not as salaried staff and wage workers to end wage slavery from the country .
