I’ve never reached my maximum heat level after going to China 15 times and had dozens of Chinese people take me out for the hottest food they could find. I was disappointed most of the time, until I went to Chengdu. Awesome place, wonderful spicy food but nothing made me reach the same level as I achieved by eating a raw Carolina Reaper. IYKYK.
