the old ways were the true tower of babel that the abramatic religions destroyed. one of my favorite pieces of art is a roman relief depicting the druid god cernunos hanging out peacefully with the Roman hellenisitc gods apollo and mercury. even though they had warred and conquered them, their gods and traditions were still respected and revered. so beautiful. the cross, moon with star, and especially the 6 pointed star took that away.
