Для загустения соуса: ☑️1 чл муки; ☑️вода 100 гр. Размешиваем муку в 20 гр воды, постепенно вводим остальную воду. Тонкой струйкой вливаем в апельсиновый соус. Томим до загустения соуса, при необходимости помешивая, на медленном огне.
