a chick i worked with activated too early with a random guru she found, she described it as a swirling upwards cycle of energy up her spine, anything that was negative she felt it was cleansed out automatically, but it was too intense for her, she had to ground all the chances she got at work until it overwhelmed her went back to to the buddhist temple to help contain it and seal it off.

I wonder if the body preps for one or gives a preview of whats to come. I keep having a tons of heat in my spine periodically, buzzing in my body, heat sometimes in my stomach or chest and its been about 2 years, but I haven't had the sensation of having 50k volts in the spine or a release of energy.

I’m noticing a huge correlation with kundalini awakenings and those of us with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or autism. When I was pulled to the Hindu temple in Kauai, the white lady working there acted jealous and accuse me of taking a class when I said I had a kundalini awakening. I was very confused, why would anybody take a class to do this on purpose? I had to figure out what was happening from CIA papers and from clues in my story. It was very frustrating.

I want people to know a top-down awakening is possible. 👑 . Mine started with my third eye 🥉 opening when I was in a situation where I needed it, then moved through my crown, back of head, throat, heart, core. Now I sometimes feel it reaching the base of my spine. . The energy feels like constant lightning ⚡️through my body. It completely cracked my life open and forced a year of truth, change and rapid integration. I’m now in a very physical part of it. . YeshaniX’s happened much faster than mine 🐢 but I’m also over a decade older, so maybe I have more to integrate. . 🎵“Third eye” and all that is just figurative language someone came up with.
