I spent 12 days with a rental car in Greece—Athens, Mykonos, Naxos, and Santorini. It was the best decision I made. No hauling suitcases up and down hills; I just drove the car on and off the ferries. It was excellent.

Really, driving in greece isn’t that hard, you just got to know how to drive on non flat roads… drove 10 days in crete and 7 in corfu without any problems with an vw up and a fiat panda, it really isn’t that crazy
