The pap has failed big time here. Why build the NS corridor? There is no need no reason to move so many cars up and so many cars down! And even an idiot would have known that the cost will definitely bump up especially tunneling is involved over long stretches right smack across the city! The pap is highly irresponsible or finding ways to siphon off money or artificially jacking up GDP numbers?!
