@sisis.kitchen23: Cabbage Rolls🥬 Ingredients: • 1 large white cabbage • 100 g ground beef • 1.5 cups rice • 2 onions • 1 tomato • 1 pepper • A handful of parsley • 2 tablespoons tomato paste • ½ tea glass olive oil • Salt • Black pepper • Red pepper flakes • Dried purple basil Separate the cabbage leaves and boil them in hot water for just 2 minutes, then leave them to cool. Blend the onions, tomato, pepper and parsley. Wash the rice thoroughly with water. Mix the rice, ground beef, blended vegetables, tomato paste, olive oil and spices well. Place some filling onto each cabbage leaf, roll them up and arrange them in a pot. Sprinkle some salt on top, drizzle with olive oil and add 2 cups of hot water. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and cook on low heat for about 45–60 minutes, until tender. Don’t forget to save the recipe!🥰 #lahanasarmasi #sarma #lahana #cabbagerolls #turkishfood
