CHARACTER AND BACKGROUND REPLACEMENT TASK
>> is the sole motion, camera and editing master. Image 1 defines the lead’s appearance, Image 2 defines the supporting cast, and Image 3 defines the replacement set only.
1. MAIN CHARACTER:
Replace ONLY the original lead with the man from >>. Track this same person throughout the video, including close-ups, walking, turns, interactions and the finale. Preserve the source lead’s screen position, action timing and apparent body scale. Image 1’s full-body and facial views depict ONE man. Use his exact identity, body proportions and wardrobe; ignore the image background. He appears only once.
2. SURROUNDING CHARACTERS:
Replace EVERY OTHER PERSON with the complete masked red-jumpsuit character from >>, repeated as identical copies. Include front, side, middle and background rows, blurred figures and contact partners. Preserve the source crowd count, formation and individual positions. Leave no original supporting person unchanged. Ignore the image background.
3. IDENTITY LOCK:
Image 1 alone defines the lead’s entire head and facial anatomy: facial width, eyes, nose, cheeks, jaw, hair, beard and the exact size, placement and angle of his ears. Do not inherit or blend the source actor’s head geometry, face, tattoos or clothing.
The video supplies movement, head orientation, gaze and expression timing. Reproduce expression intent using the reference man’s own facial structure, without reshaping his features.
Supporting characters retain Image 2’s complete mask and costume throughout. Masks remain rigid, with fixed painted expressions, and stay attached. No identity drift, costume blending, exposed crowd faces or duplicate leads.
4. MOTION AND TIMING:
Preserve the source duration, every cut and the original human choreography at its original timestamps. Each replacement follows the gestures, head turns, facing direction, walking speed and limb movements of the person it replaces. Preserve interactions with coherent hands and genuine shoulder contact. Do not add, remove or retime human actions.
5. CAMERA AND FRAMING — VIDEO PRIORITY:
Video 1 alone defines camera angle, height,
