To think this all started in December of 2025 with not being able to regulate my body temperature and that turned into pulsatile tinnitus and swollen cervical lymph nodes only on the left side of my neck. In March my basement flooded and I hurt my back, hip, and left leg which set off inflammation throughout that side of my body from head to toe. After a round of antibiotics that I didn’t need I lost 20lbs in 3 weeks and along with that my exercise tolerance. I went from rucking 111 miles a month with 30lbs in my back to not being able to make it to the bathroom because of my blood pressure, heart rate, and injury. This also sparked inflammation in the back of my head and neck which lit up a prior neck injury from C3-C7. I’ve lived in a recliner since May and only recently started driving again. So things are slowly improving. I know better than to push myself today because I feel good. Usually when I do that my evenings become a little rough. So today I’m pacing myself and enjoying the moment. #neckpain #dysautonomia #neckpain #tornlabrum
