You do not need to apply another undercoat when painting over an existing water-based (acrylic) enamel with a new water-based enamel, provided the current coating is still in good condition. The primer was only necessary the first time to bridge the chemical adhesion gap between the glossy oil base and the new water base. Acrylic bonds perfectly well to cured acrylic.

Love the videos mate, so you’re saying to apply the 3 in 1 paint to already painted walls or door trims if they are gloss and then can re apply gloss after so it doesn’t flake?
