@mytvcebu: WATCH: A resolution endorsed by councilor Nice Archival to reimburse a Rotary conference which was held last May 2026 at a hotel-resort and casino in Cebu City is now being questioned by fellow councilor. According to councilor Harold Go the resolution was part of their session last Tuesday September 15, where it was endorsed by Archival.
