Pretzel grande artesanal com azeite e ervas Ingredientes 500 g de farinha 290 ml de água morna 7 g de fermento biológico seco 1 colher de chá de açúcar 1 colher de chá de sal 3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva 1 colher de chá de alecrim picado 1 litro de água 2 colheres de sopa de bicarbonato Sal grosso Alecrim fresco para finalizar Modo de preparo Dissolva o fermento e o açúcar na água morna. Espere cerca de 10 minutos. Adicione a farinha, o sal e duas colheres de azeite. Misture até formar uma massa e sove sobre uma superfície enfarinhada. Quando estiver lisa e elástica, acrescente o alecrim picado e sove mais um pouco. Coloque a massa em uma tigela untada e deixe crescer até dobrar de volume. Corte em porções e faça cordões grossos e compridos. Torça cada cordão no formato de pretzel grande. Ferva a água com bicarbonato e mergulhe rapidamente os pretzels. Escorra bem e coloque em uma assadeira untada. Regue levemente com o restante do azeite e adicione sal grosso. Asse a 200°C durante 22 a 28 minutos.
