one man tried this with my landlord, my landlord went and brought another person who is not even living in his compound to come to court to stand as his tenant , the person claimed the name of the tenant, the person kept going to the court until the judge gave his judgement. the real tenant was in his house one morning and the court came and forcefully evicted him. he never knew that someone was going to court to impersonate him.
