Directly email epic games support from an active email and show them proof you truly own the account and they’ll let you change it, I had someone steal my account from Russia it took me like 2 weeks to get it back but I got it and have had no issues for over 3 years now

Your accounts not gone back then I got hacked and I contacted epic games support through email or sum and showed proof of really old receipts on my gmail and they gave it back.
