🥊 10 THINGS PRANAYAMA HAS TAUGHT ME Apparently, after years of MMA, Boxing, and Muay Thai, I needed to learn the revolutionary concept of… breathing. Yes. Breathing. Something I’ve apparently been doing wrong my entire life. 1. Breathing is actually a skill. After years of getting punched in the face, I finally discovered that remembering to breathe is surprisingly helpful. 2. You can’t fight effectively if you’re sucking wind. Turns out “just tough it out” isn’t a cardiovascular strategy. 3. The exhale matters. Apparently, aggressively holding my breath while throwing a combination was not the secret technique I thought it was. 4. Controlled breathing changes everything. Heart racing? Breathe. Adrenaline pumping? Breathe. Somebody says, “Let’s do one more round”? Definitely breathe. 5. Pranayama taught me how to control the nervous system. MMA taught me how to fight. Muay Thai taught me how to get kicked in the leg. Boxing taught me how to get punched in the face. Pranayama taught me how to calm the hell down afterward. 6. Breathing can be harder than fighting sometimes. Put me in a fight? Fine. Tell me to sit still and breathe slowly for 10 minutes? Suddenly I have questions. 7. You can create power with your breath. A strong exhale can help with bracing, movement, and striking mechanics. So yes… apparently even my lungs have a job in this fight camp. 8. Recovery starts with learning how to downshift. You can’t stay in fight mode 24/7 and expect your body to be thrilled about it. 9. The breath is always with you. No gym required. No equipment required. No fancy membership required. Just lungs that occasionally need to be reminded who’s in charge. 10. The biggest lesson? I spent years learning how to fight harder… only to discover that sometimes the real badass move is knowing how to breathe, reset, and stay in control. So now I punch, kick, grapple, condition, and breathe. Because apparently becoming a well-rounded combat athlete means eventually learning the thing I should’ve mastered on Day One. BREATHE. And yes… I’m still probably going to hit something afterward. 🥊🔥
Bro been looking forward to this for a while #invdavion #fyp #suggested #fypシ゚viral #comedyvideo
