🍫🍫 recipe👇🏼 dough.. 3/4 cup whole milk, warm 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 1/3 cup sugar (use 1 tbsp for the yeast mixture) 3 cups all-purpose flour 3 tbsp cocoa powder 1 egg + 1 yolk 1 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup butter, softened + 1/4 cup of warm heavy cream to pour over the rolls before baking filling.. 1/4 cup butter, softened 2/3 cups brown sugar, packed 1 tbsp cocoa powder 3 tbsps nutella icing.. 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp nutella 2 tsp vanilla 2–3 tbsp heavy cream Mix the warm milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp of the sugar. Let sit for 10 min until foamy. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, remaining sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and softened butter. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for about 8 min until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hr, or until doubled in size. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly over the surface. Cut the dough into even strips, then gently roll each strip into a spiral shape. Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise again for about 30–45 min. Pour the warm heavy cream over the rolls. Bake at 350F for 20–25 min, or until cooked through. For the icing, mix the nutella, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
