calorie deficit started on 1st September, on 17th September weighed myself again. down by 1.5 pounds. I consider this a big win. I m a very positive person. ha ha. but the good part about this entire time is that I ve eaten everything I love. Moderation is the key..( tracking calories). this whole thing is much less complicated n hard than it seems. thank.u Amanda

I needed to hear this! I keep wondering when I should drop my calories next, even though I don't feel ready to and I'm still losing weight every week, simply because I've been at this calorie number for 5 months and my weight loss has started to slow down a little (it's still at least half a pound a week). Thank you for the reminder that I'm still on track and I don't need to feel pressured to eat less any sooner than I actually need to!

my calorie tracking app connects to my scale and it automatically adjusts the calorie goal. Since I weigh myself everyday the change isn't that noticeable.

👴🏻 :
I started 24th of August 93.05kg, it’s now the 21st of September and I’m at 90kg so in just under a month I’ve lost 3.05kg. I changed my calories a lot at the start but I’m going well with my calories now that I’ve been consistent with. I only do the deficit, 10k-12k steps and a 6 exercise workout from home 3 times a week (using my bodyweight for the moment until I’m confident enough to go to the gym) I’m very keen on staying consistent

Just what I needed to hear because .5 lb per month the last 2 months at this point feels like a stall but when I calculate my average rate of progress, it’s 1.66 😊

Amy :
When we are calculating our rate of progress, should we leave out the weeks we did our diet breaks?
