MTN sold my number to another customer, the person used the number to access my Netflix account, changed my email address and Subscribe to Netflix from my GT account because that number is connected to my Netflix and GTB. Thanks to Netflix they were the ones i called they blocked the account and refunded my money but i couldn’t retrieve the account back. I had to open a new UK Netflix account. Our country is the worse . You can’t even contact MTN if u wanted to. Their WhatsApp number is AI generated, no matter how much u complain they just keep generating the same message and sending back to u.
