@realtoresther: Before you ask a realtor, “How much is the land?” ask yourself this first. “What am I buying this property for?” Because the right property for you depends on what you want the property to do for you. Are you buying to: ✅ Build a home? ✅ Invest for future appreciation? ✅ Resell later? ✅ Generate rental income? ✅ Go into agriculture or farming? ✅ Build long-term wealth and legacy? These are different goals. And because the goals are different, the property you should consider may also be different. A property that makes sense for someone looking to build a home may not be the best choice for someone looking for rental income. A location that works for long-term investment may not necessarily suit someone who wants to start farming or quick returns on investment So before you ask: “How much is the land? Also ask: “What exactly do I want this property to achieve?” That question can change the entire conversation.
