That’s nasty as fuck I live in Buffalo County as well, and I was also placed into a hotel from DSS going through the same situation you are mamas,see if you can asked to stay in Extended stay America on 901 dick rd it’s a very nice hotel. It’s clean. You have your own kitchen in here a decent size fridge a sink a microwave you would just have to get a stove top or a air fryer. You and your kids deserve to stay in a clean and healthy environment.

I hate when they do this they didn't think about the kids health. they don't think about stuff that we think about as women as mothers. you know I would love for they could go stay in one of those hotels and see how they feel. no mama. DSS and DOC has a contract with all the motels on the Blvd, try and get them to put you up on the Blvd in the Amherst area the motels are way cleaner,also DSS will give a down payment for an apartment. Good luck to you and your family

Yep! I will never forget when my momma and I were homeless and my mom reached out to DSS and they placed us in a motel and when we got there. Mouse feces, roaches, the toilet was in the room next to the bed and the bed pulled out from the wall, IT COULDNT GO DOWN ALL THE WAY CAUSE OF THE TOILET!! We turned right around and ended up sleeping on a family friends floor. This was in Rochester NY. Absolutely disgusting how they treat people who need help. I understand why our homeless be out on the street cause I wouldn’t wanna sleep in that either.
