Ingredients: - 8 oz lo mein or egg noodles (or whole-wheat noodles for extra fiber) - 1 lb (450 g) peeled deveined medium shrimp - 2 cups finely shredded green cabbage - 1 cup finely julienned carrots (about 2 medium carrots) - 1 cup thinly sliced red or yellow bell pepper - 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp honey - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced - 2 tbsp neutral oil (canola or vegetable) for cooking - 2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts separated) - 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth (or water) - 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp cold water (slurry) - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional) - Optional chili crisp or chili oil for adult servings Instructions: 1.
