Can I ask something as a person whose mum was a dental assistant for years she recommended I not get any mouth piercings because it’s not good for your teeth.. is this truth? Or just another thing like “the microwave causes cncer” I hope I don’t sound like a dumbass😐

I am a dental assistant have 3 1/2 years experience the toothpaste that you’re using is perfect for weak and normal. If anything I did see other comments saying to use tooth moose. I do recommend that for weak and sensitive enamel

Go to the chemist and get Colgate neutrafluor it’s got extra fluoride and helps with weak enamel
